The  refund policy lasts 14 days. Beyond this, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the print must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your print. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please use a use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned print.


Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds on photo shoots due to change of mind. In the situation where you are unable to attend due to reasons out of your control, a future date can be rescheduled, or a credit can be applied, valid up to 12 months from date of issue.

In the situation where a photo shoot has been cancelled by me, you may opt for a future rescheduled date, credit for future bookings, or a full refund.
